I went on a bit of a hiatus.  I guess you can say I went away to “find myself.” Not really… but I needed some time to regain my focus, figure out which direction I want to go. Granted, I still haven’t completely figured that out but I need to get back to blogging.

I’ve been in the process of redirecting my company The Boston Bazaar. If you happened to have clicked that link you’ll realize it’s not completely up to date. I spent weeks working on the new design then my USB was lost…sad, I know. Now I need to start from scratch and learn to save my documents in several places.  I put it off for a while but I’m ready to dive back in. My etsy shop has picked up in the past couple of weeks and I’ve had to hire an assistant to help me out with things.

The most exciting development is my obsession with film. I’ve always been a huge film fanatic but now I’m really going for it. I desperately want to land a job on a film set, preferably in wardrobe, but whatever foot I can get in the door will be awesome. So, there are a few new films coming to Boston and I have every intention to work on one.

I also can’t help but want to have a try with acting. I’m taking an acting class next month, which I think will even be good for me on a social level – it’ll help me get over some of my shyness. I know, it’s frowned upon to want to work in film and be in films but I know how to keep the two separate. And honestly, I have such a passion for it that any involvement would make my world.
